Oral health directly affects the entire body and should be part of every pet’s general health routine. Our mission at Dogwood Veterinary Dental is to help pet parents provide a life free of oral pain and disease for their pets by making veterinary dental care more available to the community and by educating pet parents on the importance of good oral health. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service that delights every client and top-quality patient care that caters to each individual need.

We have you drop off your pet in the morning between 7:00-7:45 a.m. and we schedule a discharge appointment between 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Our dental cleaning package includes:
Full physical and oral exam
Dental scaling and polishing
Floride application
Gas anesthesia
Anesthetic monitoring
Full mouth dental x-rays
Dental charting
IV catheter and fluids
Nail trim
Day hospitalization
Pre-anesthetic blood work that is run in-house on the day of the procedure
(Blood work includes: Chem 10, Electrolytes, SDMA, and CBC.)
After the cleaning and full-mouth, dental x-rays have been done, the doctor will call you to go over any recommendations that they may have for your pet. If you approve of moving forward with the recommendations, we will do the extractions that same day. We will not perform any extractions or other procedures without your consent.
